Todays office does not charge any handling fees unlike our competitors
Stationery orders over $60.00 are f.i.s. (Free into store)
Stationery orders under $60.00 will incur $4.95 Freight charge
Back orders are delivered f.i.s.
Most office furniture orders will incur a delivery fee
Delivery fees are listed in the item detail
Multiple products will incur only the one fee
EXAMPLE purchase 3 x 4 Drawer filing Cabinets -single delivery fee of $20.00 will apply

Return Policy
Any item to be returned has to be in original unopened packaging,in a resalable condition
10 % re-stocking fee will apply to all standard stock lines (Return Delivery fee will apply)
20% Re-stocking fee will apply to toner & ink cartridges (Return Delivery fee will apply)
Age of toner & ink cartridges to be returned will be left to the discretion of the product supplier
Any faulty toner or ink cartridges will need to be passed by suppliers as faulty before being re-issued
All faulty Toners & ink cartridges will need a copy of faulty print from the associated machine
Any faulty electric office machines under warranty will need to be seen by authorised technician
all returns will need a return authorization form (R.A.F.) to be completed
no products are to be sent back without an R.A.F.
